ManTech uses LinkedIn to build their employer brand and hire niche talent

ManTech, a provider of advanced technology and services for government clients, faced the challenge of building a strong employer brand and scaling recruitment to meet rapid growth in a competitive talent market. CHRO Jeff Brody needed better visibility into the talent landscape and a way to target outreach to niche groups like veterans, women, new graduates and alumni.

ManTech joined LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions Enterprise Program, used a LinkedIn Career Page, equipped recruiters with LinkedIn Recruiter, and leveraged Talent Insights to target media campaigns and job ads. In six months their Career Page following grew over 151% to nearly 63,000, Job Slot Views and Apply Clicks rose more than 4,600%, InMail acceptance climbed (up 113% for candidates exposed to media campaigns), and the influenced hire rate increased 258%.
