ManTech joined LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions Enterprise Program, used a LinkedIn Career Page, equipped recruiters with LinkedIn Recruiter, and leveraged Talent Insights to target media campaigns and job ads. In six months their Career Page following grew over 151% to nearly 63,000, Job Slot Views and Apply Clicks rose more than 4,600%, InMail acceptance climbed (up 113% for candidates exposed to media campaigns), and the influenced hire rate increased 258%.
