LimaCorporate adopts LinkedIn Learning to #BreaktheBias

LimaCorporate, a medical equipment manufacturer with 1,000+ employees, partnered with LinkedIn Learning to increase platform engagement and strengthen internal DEI knowledge ahead of International Women’s Day. The company faced the challenge of incentivising a large, global workforce to consistently use the learning platform and improve understanding of unconscious bias.

LimaCorporate ran a DEI fundraising campaign requiring staff to activate their LinkedIn licences and complete the “Unconscious Bias” course; automated reporting linked learning time to company donations to two women’s charities (Catalyst and UN Women). The initiative achieved 100% licence activation, 65% repeat learners in March, and provided a scalable, standardised learning path while driving DEI awareness.
