KBC Bank set out to build a data-driven culture across operations and workforce management during a digital transformation, but Tracy Villanueva, Head of People Analytics, lacked reliable external labor-market data to inform hiring and retention strategies.

KBC rolled out LinkedIn Talent Insights to country HR leaders with practical use cases, giving teams real-time visibility into talent pools and competitor hiring. The tool revealed new talent-rich markets in Hungary, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic, clarified where competitors hire and which skills they target, and enabled more informed, data-driven hiring and market decisions.
