Jumeirah Group, a Dubai-based luxury hotel operator with 22 properties and 14,000 employees, reorganized its recruitment into a centralized 12-person team responsible for hiring 450 management-level roles a year. The team needed to shift from traditional job postings to a proactive strategy to find specialized and senior hospitality talent — including passive candidates across many countries and markets.

Partnering with LinkedIn, Jumeirah built a strong Careers Page and used targeted searches, InMail outreach, social content, and analytics to showcase its employer brand and source candidates worldwide. The effort grew its LinkedIn following (54K+), drove hundreds of thousands of online applications with about 10K per month, and delivered measurable improvements in quality of hire, time to hire, and cost per hire.
