The campaign shifted perception to a hardware-and-software employer, grew a 1,200‑member engaged talent community, amassed 200,000+ career-page followers, led to proactive candidate inquiries and hires of high-quality, hard-to-find software talent with improved cost efficiency, and is now being rolled out across Greater Asia.
