Unit4, a global mid-market ERP provider with over 2,700 employees across 59 countries, needed a scalable, accessible way to move from classroom to modern, remote-friendly learning. With growing requests for diverse technical and soft-skill training and a desire to make development equitable and compatible with assistive technologies, the company sought a single platform that would engage employees and support career progression.

Unit4 piloted and then rolled out LinkedIn Learning company-wide, creating curated Learning Paths, integrating feedback from engineering, and embedding access into onboarding. The program delivered strong engagement: 87% license activation, 66% of employees returning at least twice monthly, and 333,129 video views (16,566 hours) since launch — improving accessibility, upskilling, and internal mobility across the organisation.
