Working with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Serrala adopted a more proactive recruiting approach, used personalized InMail to grow its network, and updated job ads with more inclusive, authentic language. The results included 75,200 job apply clicks, a 20% increase in applications, 504,000 job views, a 10% increase in the last 12 months, and 78% of employees activating LinkedIn Learning, with 55% becoming repeat learners.
