Bank Mandiri, one of Indonesia’s largest financial institutions, needed a more flexible way to close digital and leadership skills gaps across its 38,000-strong workforce. Traditional in-person and in-house training made it difficult to keep learning consistent and customized for employees spread across the country, so the bank turned to LinkedIn Talent Solutions and its LinkedIn Learning Hub.
LinkedIn Talent Solutions helped Bank Mandiri implement LinkedIn Learning Hub as part of a two-pronged training approach, combining the platform’s 11,000+ courses with internal programs and personalized course recommendations. The result was strong adoption and engagement: more than 18,000 staff in Indonesia used the platform, learning hours increased 9x, over 9,000 courses were explored, and activation rates exceeded 100%, making LinkedIn Learning a key part of the bank’s digital-first strategy.
