The company already had a learning platform but lacked the high-quality, relevant content to attract and busy teams and meet compliance and management-development needs.
Kambi ran a trial and adopted LinkedIn Learning (purchasing 1,000 licenses), blended it with Kambi-created content (notably DevOps and OWASP training), and embedded learning into initiatives and a Manager Academy using the 70-20-10 approach. The result: learning hours jumped from ~200 to 4,000 (a 20x / 1,900% increase), more than 500 repeat learners, an average of 19 videos watched per active user per month, and stronger compliance, upskilling, and engagement across the business.
