Kambi, a fast-growing B2B provider of premium sports betting services with about 1,000 employees across offices worldwide, needed to scale technical and soft-skills development—especially for its engineering and sportsbook teams—after a major growth year. The company already had a learning platform but lacked the high-quality, relevant content to attract and busy teams and meet compliance and management-development needs.

Kambi ran a trial and adopted LinkedIn Learning (purchasing 1,000 licenses), blended it with Kambi-created content (notably DevOps and OWASP training), and embedded learning into initiatives and a Manager Academy using the 70-20-10 approach.
