LinkedIn Talent Solutions helped Illimity integrate LinkedIn Learning into its existing LMS and roll out a communication strategy, learner challenges, and the “Curious Learner” initiative to drive adoption. The company built targeted learning paths for key skills like cybersecurity and digital tools, creating a more user-driven learning culture. The results included 100% activation, an average of 1.7 hours per user each month, and 33 videos watched on average monthly.
