The approach boosted visibility and hiring metrics — 600,000 Company Page impressions per month (6M/year), company page views +210% and followers +225% in eight months, job views +200% year-on-year, above-average InMail acceptance (~33%, with some team members at 60%), application rates up from ~15% to 22% and completion rates from ~38% to ~65%, with LinkedIn influencing 78% of hires and faster time-to-hire.
