Aramex, a global logistics and transportation company, faced rising pressure in 2022 to attract, retain, and upskill talent in a highly competitive market while also improving gender diversity and adapting to new hybrid work expectations. To strengthen its employer brand and learning culture, Aramex partnered with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, using LinkedIn Learning, the Hiring Enterprise Programme, and Talent Insights.

LinkedIn Talent Solutions helped Aramex expand employee development and improve recruiting by scaling LinkedIn Learning from 300 to 6,000 licenses, enabling training for teams across more than 60 countries, and giving recruiters direct access to talent with better market insights. The results included an 83% LinkedIn Learning activation rate, a 2x increase in learning viewership, a 62% rise in new company page followers, and a 59% increase in company page views.
