The Group wanted clear, year‑round data to understand how employees felt and to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
In Q4 2021 e& launched Employee Voices powered by Glint—quarterly pulse surveys backed by a company‑wide communications plan and engagement champions in each department. The program identified skills gaps and learning needs, mapped LinkedIn Learning content, and integrated with the Group’s learning platform so managers could recommend and assign courses. The initiative engaged more than 9,000 employees, generated 5,000+ comments per pulse and saw 75% repeat learners, helping to embed a stronger culture of feedback and learning.
