Partnering with LinkedIn Talent Solutions since 2020, Alter Domus implemented a strategic recruitment-marketing program using Talent Insights, Recruiter Seats, Job Slots and Life Pages, trained recruiters to source proactively, and created EVP-led content under “Invest Yourself in the Alternative.” The approach boosted brand awareness and hiring impact: 52,494 followers (+57% YoY), 838 LinkedIn-influenced hires (+90% YoY), and 435 jobs posted per month (+136% YoY), supporting record hiring and accelerated global growth.
