OBSS Technology, one of Turkey’s largest corporate technology consulting companies, wanted to grow awareness of its CodeMaster coding competition beyond Turkey and reach more high-potential students from top international universities. To support its global hiring strategy, OBSS Technology turned to LinkedIn Talent Solutions and used LinkedIn’s suite of products to connect with the right audience and strengthen its employer brand.

LinkedIn Talent Solutions helped OBSS Technology build a four-phase engagement plan and use tools such as Talent Insights, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, Life Pages, LinkedIn Learning, and AI-driven InMail to target talent, promote CodeMaster, and improve recruitment communications. The results were strong: internship applications increased by 53.56%, impressions rose 304.4%, engagement climbed 250.3%, followers grew 47%, and job posting views increased by 74.24% over 12 months.
