Generali Italia spotlights employees to attract new candidates

Generali Italia, the country’s leading insurance company, sought to raise awareness among younger professionals and STEM, digital and IT talent by showcasing its digital and technological transformation. To attract candidates and change perceptions, the company aimed to spotlight authentic employee experiences—featuring more than 100 brand ambassadors and CEO Marco Sesana—to communicate that working at Generali is “more than a job.”

Using the “Partner di Vita - Più di un Lavoro” campaign on LinkedIn (Sponsored Updates and Pipeline Builder), Generali published 50+ posts over 12 months and encouraged employee sharing, generating over 7,000 social reactions. The campaign delivered 371,000 ad impressions, strong video engagement (30% watched more than half), a 4x increase in CTR, a 55% rise in leads and noticeably improved attraction among STEM and recent-graduate candidates.
