ezCater, a 1,000-employee tech and hospitality company, needed to strengthen its employer brand to support rapid growth and attract qualified applicants beyond its Denver and Boston hubs. Talent and hiring content had been scattered across channels, making it hard to educate industry candidates about company culture and open roles.

ezCater centralized its employer brand on a LinkedIn Career Page, creating nine sub-categories and sharing infographics, employee testimonials and “Day in the Life” video content in a cross-functional campaign. The initiative increased engagement, brought more informed candidates into the recruiting funnel (streamlining interviews), boosted the likelihood candidates accept InMail by 2.8x when they engage with the brand, and produced 37% of hires from LinkedIn in 2024 — a 15% increase year over year.
