The program cut third‑party recruiting fees by 32% (about $200K), increased LinkedIn‑sourced salaried hires by 200%, reduced time‑to‑hire nearly 20% (68 to 55 days), and boosted career page traffic 6x, apply clicks 2.5x and engineer followers/applicants significantly, while delivering higher‑quality candidates.
