LinkedIn Talent Solutions helped dunnhumby build a data-driven recruitment process by talent-mapping markets and giving hiring teams a clearer view of the talent landscape. The results included reduced dependency on agencies, increased direct recruitment, and faster hiring: time to hire fell by 10 days to fewer than 40 days, while in Germany offer acceptance improved from one in six to one in 15 after a refreshed campaign.
