DFS, the world’s leading luxury travel retailer with 9,500 employees across 420 locations, faced recruitment challenges: weak employer recognition (seen more as a retailer than a desirable brand), no consolidated candidate source, and difficulty communicating its brand to employees and talent across Asia and beyond.

Working with LinkedIn—launching a Career Page and "Work With Us" campaigns, plus internal training to boost recruiter and employee engagement—DFS built a global talent brand. Results included Talent Brand Index growth from 8% to over 22% (rising from lowest to second among peers), a threefold increase in followers, a consolidated international candidate pipeline, a 20% rise in job applications, and strong engagement and candidate interest.
