Working with LinkedIn—launching a Career Page and "Work With Us" campaigns, plus internal training to boost recruiter and employee engagement—DFS built a global talent brand. Results included Talent Brand Index growth from 8% to over 22% (rising from lowest to second among peers), a threefold increase in followers, a consolidated international candidate pipeline, a 20% rise in job applications, and strong engagement and candidate interest.
