Coloplast, a Denmark‑headquartered specialist in intimate healthcare with more than 8,500 employees across 50+ countries, needed a more strategic, scalable approach to hiring after relying on ad‑hoc employer branding and multiple recruitment methods — especially given a target to hire 7,000 people over five years. The company sought a platform that could build its employer brand globally, engage local markets and employees, and streamline sourcing and administration.

Coloplast adopted LinkedIn’s suite — five localized Career Pages, 51 Targeted Job Slots, three ad campaigns and job‑wrapping to pull vacancies automatically — and began posting targeted local content (~10 updates/week). In one year followers grew from ~5,000 to nearly 21,000, LinkedIn now influences 23% of new hires, employee LinkedIn use rose from ~2,500 to 3,800, and the platform improved measurable employer‑brand metrics while making recruitment faster, more targeted and easier to track.
