Carlsberg Group, a decentralized global brewer with 30,000+ employees, wanted to build a unified culture of learning across separate markets that had fragmented internal systems. They formed a dedicated task force of global “super admins” and trained local admins, curated a library of 200+ learning paths with the company’s core messages, and tracked engagement with LinkedIn Success Metrics to set KPIs and reward top markets. The effort led to 83% of markets activating licences, 63% repeat learners, and an average of 34 videos watched per month, helping connect teams and standardize learning globally.
