Aurecon is a global engineering and technical services firm operating across 24 countries that rebranded in 2009 and needed to quickly re-establish its employer brand while recruiting and managing over 7,500 people across 11 markets. Within four weeks they filled two roles that had been vacant for a year, filled 15 senior roles in six months, saved about $750,000 in agency fees, and grew their career page by over 8,000 followers, making LinkedIn a key sourcing channel.
