Amundi is Europe’s leading asset manager with over €1,000 billion under management, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, and around 3,000 employees worldwide. Born from a 2010 merger, the relatively young brand had strong technical recognition but struggled to attract cross-functional and graduate talent, and needed to communicate differently to younger candidates versus senior finance professionals.
Amundi launched a targeted content strategy—regular financial analysis, educational materials and company updates—and created four LinkedIn Career Pages (English and French, each with a page aimed at younger audiences) to reach specific countries and demographics. The approach boosted page views by 56% and job clicks by 29%, improved employer/consumer brand alignment, and helped Amundi hire more non-finance talent while attracting the next generation of graduates.
