Rapid expansion to 16 branches exposed a core challenge: modernize operations and raise market visibility to win new clients and attract talent while supporting national goals under Saudi Vision 2030.

ARCO digitized its services with a website and app for contracts, pricing and customer service, and partnered with LinkedIn Talent Solutions to boost brand awareness and business development. The results: more than 100% growth in contracts after going digital, ~25,000 monthly website visitors and ~20,000 transactions, LinkedIn follower count doubled (55% are decision makers), ~2,000 monthly page visitors, and a 7× increase in Talent Brand Index to 41%, strengthening ARCO’s credibility and alignment with Vision 2030 priorities like inclusion and youth empowerment.
