Aktana, a life‑sciences-focused software company, faced a steep learning curve as many new hires needed to master Aktana’s products, industry context, and AI capabilities without overburdening existing staff. Leaders also wanted to give employees clear opportunities for skills development and career progression, but lacked a centralized place to host custom training and track relevant learning.

Using LinkedIn Learning Hub, Aktana ran targeted campaigns and recommended tailored content to learners, built custom learning paths and collections (including a Leading People program and lateral-move pathways), and fostered a culture of continuous learning. Over 90 days employees watched 2,105 development videos (226 hours), ramped up quickly on critical AI and product knowledge, and showed increased lateral and upward moves as career mobility improved.
