Mitel selected Lynda.com from LinkedIn for its thousands of high-quality, cost-effective courses and mobile/offline access, and empowered internal “learning advisors” to curate playlists tied to MiSuccess. Adoption quickly outpaced the prior solution: training is now available to all employees, 98% of users returned after their first login, and average viewing time reached 19 minutes per session—double the benchmark—while supporting Office 365 training and competency mapping.
