Kellogg's drives 125,200 learning videos with LinkedIn Learning

The Kellogg Company, a global food manufacturer, sought to advance toward an integrated learning culture and empower its employees to learn on-demand. Their challenge was a lack of accessible, high-quality content within their new global Learning Management System (LMS), which was a shell without its own courses. To solve this, Kellogg invested in the LinkedIn Learning platform for its breadth of content and accessibility.

LinkedIn Learning provided over 12,000 courses that employees could access anytime. Kellogg drove engagement through marketing, partnerships with business leaders, and initiatives like a launch event and contests. As a result, employees watched over 125,000 videos and spent more than 6,400 hours learning on the platform within just six months. LinkedIn Learning helped Kellogg transition to a more agile learning stage, freed its global learning team to be more strategic, and was met with tremendous positive feedback from employees.
