Jagex boosts learning engagement with LinkedIn Learning as 95% want it again

The customer, Jagex, a Cambridge-based video game developer, wanted to further promote a culture of learning within its organization. To meet this challenge, the company partnered with the vendor LinkedIn Learning (referred to as Lynda.com in the case study) to provide online learning opportunities as part of a dedicated initiative.

The solution implemented was a "Learning at Work Week," which featured a mix of in-person sessions and online playlists provided by LinkedIn Learning. The results were highly successful, with the company's 307 employees participating in over 550 learning activities. When surveyed, 95% of employees said they would like to participate again, demonstrating a significant and positive impact on employee engagement with learning. The vendor LinkedIn Learning was a key component of this successful strategy.
