How LinkedIn Learning Is Driving Culture Change at Kellogg

Kellogg, the global food company with more than 32,000 employees, set out to transform its learning culture from reactive, ad hoc training to a continuous, integrated approach. Global Learning Director Thor Flosason faced the challenge of building an aspirational learning environment after rolling out an LMS that lacked content and needed broader employee engagement.

Kellogg implemented LinkedIn Learning for its corporate workforce (about 17,000 employees), combining a large, high-quality content library with mobile access and leader-driven promotion (#IGotThis, launch events, contests). In six months employees watched roughly 125,200 videos (6,403 hours), gave overwhelmingly positive feedback, reduced ad hoc content requests to the learning team, and accelerated the company’s shift toward agile, integrated learning.
