LinkedIn Learning's solution was implemented and then heavily marketed by HilltopSecurities' HR team through tactics like forming an L&D committee, running creative promotional campaigns, and holding executive-led lunch-and-learns. The results were significant, with 100% of eligible users activating their accounts and nearly 600 associates watching over 60,000 videos in the first nine months. This led to a more engaged workforce and specific examples of increased efficiency, such as an employee who used the training to master Microsoft Outlook and resolve more client tickets.
