Lingotek Inside Eloqua Connector Personalizes Genesys CX with Automated Responses in their Native Language

Genesys, a global leader in customer experience, faced a time-consuming localization challenge: its marketing team was spending excessive hours copying and pasting content from Oracle Eloqua into spreadsheets and managing multiple back-and-forth emails with vendors and translators. The localization group needed a streamlined, automated way to let marketing work directly with language services and integrate translation into their marketing automation platform.

Genesys implemented the Lingotek - Inside Eloqua connector (developed with iTalent), which automatically extracts content from Eloqua, sends it to Lingotek for translation, and pushes translated assets back into Eloqua—no coding or Lingotek knowledge required. The solution (and Lingotek’s Drupal module for the corporate site) accelerated delivery, reduced manual effort, improved vendor coordination and resource utilization, enabled personalized PureCloud automated-response emails and multilingual landing pages, and increased global customer engagement and satisfaction.
