MeisterLabs, maker of MindMeister and MeisterTask with more than 4 million users worldwide, faced the challenge of localizing its products into up to 12 languages across web, iOS and Android while coordinating external translators. After originally building an in-house translation interface, managing 9–12 languages and freelance reviewers became cumbersome, so MeisterLabs adopted LingoHub to handle their localization needs.

LingoHub delivered a streamlined, hassle-free workflow that simplified adding languages to existing projects and onboarding external freelancers for translation and review. As a result, MeisterLabs now manages translations for nine to twelve languages across web and mobile with far less overhead — a change they describe as “a joy to use” that supports their continued global rollout.
