Auth0’s learning and development team, facing rapid growth and a need to upskill new managers, wanted one-on-one coaching to sharpen leadership capabilities like giving actionable feedback, developing careers, fostering recognition, and managing underperformance. They ran a side‑by‑side pilot of a license‑based program and Lingo Live’s coaching and ultimately chose Lingo Live for its real‑time, subject‑matter expert coaching tailored to hyper-growth transitions.

Lingo Live delivered a structured, scalable coaching program that aligned learner goals with company priorities and drove strong engagement and satisfaction: after 90 days 23 of 25 Lingo Live participants were active versus 12 of 35 in the alternate program, 204 sessions were delivered, session satisfaction was 4.9/5 and average coach rating was 4.95/5. Because of Lingo Live’s results, lower per‑session cost and high engagement, Auth0 expanded the program to 115 additional managers after its acquisition by Okta.
