Texas A&M - Customer Case Study

Texas A&M Athletics was struggling with an overwhelming number of internal and external asset requests and widespread incorrect usage of their iconic brand. Their existing brand guidelines were in a cumbersome PDF format that was difficult to use and update. To solve this, they turned to the Lingo brand management platform to create a centralized digital solution.

Using Lingo, the team built a public-facing brand portal with digital guidelines and asset libraries, complete with custom theming. The solution provided automatic file conversion and required download requests for sensitive assets, ensuring proper usage. As a result of implementing Lingo, the creative team saw a significant reduction in asset requests and an increase in correct, consistent brand engagement from students, faculty, and partners.
