A Lingo Case Study
Pitt County, a local government in North Carolina, faced a challenge in managing its digital assets and branding across more than 20 independent departments. With resources scattered across various systems, the county needed to unify its communications, ensure brand consistency, and improve accessibility. To address this, they worked with the vendor Lingo to implement a centralized asset management solution.
Lingo provided the county with both internal and public-facing brand portals, serving as a single source of truth for logos, templates, and campaign materials. This streamlined asset sharing, reduced email requests, and ensured a consistent visual identity. The measurable results included over 2,000 unique visitors to the portals and more than 12,000 downloads of over 900 assets, saving the small communications team countless hours and allowing them to focus on larger strategic goals.
