Lime, a global leader in micromobility, faced the challenge of maintaining brand consistency across its operations in over 280 cities with a small, three-person design team. They were inundated with repetitive asset requests, which was an inefficient process that drained creative resources. Lime turned to the vendor Lingo and its digital brand hub to provide a centralized, self-serve solution for its global employees and external partners.
By implementing Lingo as their single source of truth, Lime organized over 10,000 assets into curated portals for different audiences. This solution empowered teams to access approved content themselves, drastically reducing requests to the design team. The results were significant, including over 25,000 page views and nearly 12,000 asset downloads in a year that did not require manual fulfillment. Lingo enabled Lime's small team to scale its brand globally without any design bottlenecks.
