Nobina, the largest public transport operator in the Nordic region, faced the challenge of training its 7000 bus drivers with a static, printed handbook. They partnered with the vendor Lingio to transform this material into a modern, digital learning solution.

Lingio implemented a mobile-based, gamified learning platform to convert the handbook into interactive courses. The solution featured bite-sized lessons, storytelling, and in-app translation into over 100 languages. The results included a highly engaged workforce that appreciated the flexible, modern training. For management, Lingio provided a trackable coaching portal to monitor progress and ensure all employees were up to speed, significantly streamlining the entire onboarding and training process.
