Singapore Press Holdings chooses Lineup Systems to take its digital advertising sales management to the next level

Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), Asia’s leading media organisation, turned to Lineup to upgrade its digital advertising sales management. SPH sought an easy-to-deploy, highly agile end-to-end solution to simplify and standardise its digital sales workflow — from product and package creation, pricing and inventory management through booking and billing — and to better identify, target and close digital advertising opportunities across channels. Lineup’s Adpoint was chosen to integrate with SPH’s existing systems, including Salesforce CRM and Google DFP.

Lineup implemented Adpoint as a fully managed SaaS solution with bi-directional integrations to Salesforce and Google DFP, giving over 200 cross-platform ad sales users a single 360° workflow for instant inventory availability checks, reservations, campaign revisions and revenue reporting. The project delivered a more streamlined sales and operations process, easier multi-channel proposal creation, improved campaign tracking and optimisation, and full revenue recognition and reporting on digital opportunities — enabling SPH to identify and close sales more quickly and efficiently.
