KM Media Group, a long-established regional publisher in Kent, needed to move from channel-centric booking systems to a single solution that would simplify a complex multi-channel sales process and reduce IT overhead. To achieve this it partnered with Lineup and adopted Lineup’s Adpoint platform to enable audience-based, cross‑channel selling.

Lineup implemented Adpoint’s unified broadcast, digital and print booking components plus CRM, finance and reporting to deliver lead-to-billing functionality, pre-bundled packages and a fully hosted, managed solution. The result was measurable: roughly 15% of revenue now comes from cross‑channel pre-bundled sales, workflows were simplified and automated, finance gained advance planning and revenue tracking, analytics provide live customer and sales insight, and IT costs and silos were significantly reduced.
