Abu Dhabi Media engaged Lineup to address limited visibility into the commercial side of its publishing business and to make improved decisions on growing sales, targeting new and existing customers, improving agency management, and reducing costs. Lineup deployed its Adpoint system to give ADM a single source of cleaned historical data, clearer booking and discount visibility, and basic finance integration to support faster, more informed management decisions.
Lineup implemented Adpoint in two rapid phases (completed in under three months and in full service by January 2010), improving booking accuracy, controls and reporting so ADM could act on timely, consistent information. As a result, ADM reduced discounts by 15% in Jan–Jun 2010 versus the same period in 2009, increased net sales despite a fall in gross sales, and identified that the top 15 market segments generate 90% of net sales — insights that enabled targeted marketing, tighter discount control and measurable financial improvement using Lineup’s Adpoint tools.
