Craft, the next-generation document editor, needed a better way to manage bug reporting and smaller improvements without slowing down its fast-moving team. The team used Linear’s default setup from day one, built a custom integration with Craft in one day, and made Linear a critical part of daily work. The result, according to Craft, was that Linear helped them maintain and even speed up their momentum while shipping polished features quickly.
