The City University of New York (CUNY) School of Professional Studies partnered with Lindenberger Group to help the New York City Administration for Children’s Services respond to public scrutiny and meet the requirements of a reform plan. The challenge was to deliver mandatory training for supervisors, child protective managers, and deputy directors while rebuilding public confidence and supporting compliance standards.

Lindenberger Group worked with subject matter experts to create the two-day “Case Review for Managers” training seminar, including a facilitator guide, participant workbook, case studies, video demonstrations, and role-playing, along with facilitator training and ongoing coaching. The program was delivered on time and under budget, became a regular ACS course, led to additional workshops and onboarding programs for multiple ACS roles, and helped CUNY continue supporting programs that met OCFS standards and other deadlines and regulations.
