Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania streamlines 36+ content pages with Lincoln Loop

The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania needed to reduce complexity and better support MBA students through its My Action Plan (MAP) career platform. The system had become difficult to navigate and maintain, struggling to support multiple user journeys and efficient content management. Lincoln Loop was engaged to address these UX and systems challenges.

Lincoln Loop redesigned and rebuilt the platform using Wagtail CMS, creating a flexible, data-driven system. The solution features personalized dashboards and a recommendation engine that surfaces relevant jobs and content based on each student's profile. The new MAP simplifies navigation, consolidates resources from 36+ pages into a single library, and provides Wharton's staff with custom CMS tools to manage content without developer support, ensuring the platform is maintainable by their internal team.
