CUTS, a direct-to-consumer men’s apparel brand, wanted to differentiate its shopping experience in a crowded market by giving customers more personalized support before and after purchase. To meet rising expectations for instant answers, real-time updates, and a more tailored journey beyond checkout, CUTS turned to Linc’s automated customer assistance platform.
Using Linc, CUTS added personalized order tracking, product recommendations, and automated customer engagement across channels like SMS and Facebook Messenger. The results included an SMS opt-in rate of over 17% and a Facebook Messenger opt-in rate of nearly 2%, plus faster customer feedback collection through a survey bot. Linc also gave CUTS a foundation to expand into more automation, including future web chat and voice channels.
