A Limnu Case Study
The Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning at the University of Calgary outfitted 38 Collaboration Station carts — 50" touch-screen TVs running various collaboration tools, including Limnu — to support active learning. Faced with the need to link dozens of stations so students could work in small groups and easily share their whiteboards, the university selected Limnu to provide a simple, touch-friendly digital whiteboard across its studios.
Limnu was implemented across 37 of the collaboration stations to let students collaborate in groups, push group whiteboards to the entire class, and save/share work for later. The result is seamless, scalable classroom collaboration: dozens of linked stations actively supporting group work and whole-class presentations, with persistent saved boards and clear workflow improvements — Limnu-powered stations are now a core part of the University of Calgary’s active learning environment.
