Royal Indian Curry House (RICH), a casual dine sports resto-bar in Makati City, needed a way to generate direct online orders as it grew in Manila. With no third-party aggregator presence and limited online visibility, the brand wanted a reliable online ordering channel that could help it capture orders and strengthen its presence on the internet. LimeTray was brought in to provide the online ordering platform.
LimeTray built a fully responsive, customizable online ordering website and automated the order-taking process, giving RICH direct control over online orders, menus, delivery areas, and customer data. The results included a 17% increase in average basket size, 80% of orders coming from repeat customers, 90% month-on-month growth in orders, and 100% of online orders coming in organically.
