Zuken Inc., a Japan-based provider of electronics engineering solutions and IT systems for manufacturers, serves thousands of users across 47 countries via its Zuken Global Support site. With primary servers in Japan, users in Europe, the U.S., and other regions suffered slow downloads and poor response times, and an earlier CDN deployed in 2012 failed to fix these global content delivery issues.

Zuken replaced that service with Limelight Networks’ Content Delivery and Cloud Storage Services, replicating content regionally and improving incident response. As a result, downloads that once took over an hour now complete in minutes, web access and support operations are more reliable and efficient, operational workload has been reduced, and Zuken plans to extend Limelight’s services to deliver more corporate video content.
