A Lilt Case Study
WalkMe, a San Francisco–based digital adoption platform with nearly 1,000 employees, struggled to keep product and support content localized for its growing global customer base. Without a dedicated localization team, translation quality and coverage suffered, support tickets mounted, and teams found the ad hoc process too burdensome. To address this, WalkMe adopted Lilt’s translation services and modern software platform — including AI/ML-driven translation, automation, and a native WordPress connector — to streamline localization.
Lilt implemented a unified, automated localization workflow that connects directly to WalkMe’s content systems, provides transparency with named translators, and applies machine learning to speed and improve translations. As a result, WalkMe increased translation velocity, simplified and reduced localization complexity and human error, and can now scale into new locales faster without a dedicated localization team — improving content quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency with Lilt.
