California Lab Partners with TestDirectly to Help a National Mortgage Company Bring People Back to its Offices

LigoLab worked with a large residential mortgage company that needed a way to safely bring employees back to offices across 12 locations in six states during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company wanted a direct-to-consumer lab testing solution that could support employees, contractors, and vendors at multiple sites while keeping testing convenient, fast, and easy to manage.

Using LigoLab’s TestDirectly direct-to-consumer lab testing portal, the lab launched a multi-location testing program with self-registration, scheduling, specimen tracking, and results delivery by email or SMS. The program onboarded more than 7,000 patients and processed about 1,500 specimens per week with turnaround times of less than 24 hours, helping the mortgage company maintain a safer return-to-office effort with fewer manual processes and reporting delays.
